Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SnapFile: AI Document Scanner ("App") or visiting our website at snapfileapp.com ("Website"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.
These Terms constitute the End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you and BlueCrest Group for your use of the App distributed through Apple's App Store.
2. License Grant
BlueCrest Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any servers, systems, or networks connected to the App
- Use the App to transmit spam, malicious code, or any harmful or offensive content
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or related services
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App under Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon verified deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
SnapFile offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("Pro" plans) that unlock premium features. The following information applies to all subscriptions:
- Subscription title: SnapFile Pro
- Length: Monthly or Annual (as selected at time of purchase)
- Price: Displayed on the subscription screen prior to purchase, in your local currency
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
- Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when a subscription is purchased
All payments are processed by Apple. BlueCrest Group does not directly collect or store your payment card details.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by BlueCrest Group or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
7. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, iCloud Drive, QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. BlueCrest Group is not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. BlueCrest Group does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueCrest Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Apple-Specific Terms
These Terms are between you and BlueCrest Group only — not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the applicable purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 12 shall survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where BlueCrest Group is registered.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
